Our online store is open 24/7. Once you place an order, you can choose pickup from our store, or delivery.

When will I receive the invoice for my order?

When you have paid for the order, you will not automatically receive an invoice for your order. If you wish to receive an invoice, this can be done in two ways.The first way is through your account at our store. When you log in to your account you can see your orders and download the invoice.

02. Delvery*

When do I receive my order?

We can guarantee delivery within 24 hours notice. For further information, do not hesitate to contact us. All orders ordered after 3pm cutoff will be sent the next day, unless  confirmed with us via telephone.

Is there timed deliveries on special occasions (Valentine's day, Mother's Day and Public Holidays etc)

We can deliver across Sydney CBD and Western Sydney. We offer free delivery within a 3km radius of our Haberfield store, however please speak to us to confirm delivery fees if you are outside the area. We charge very reasonable, just to cover the cost of the driver.

03. The order *

When do I receive my order?

When placing the order, a day of shipment is indicated. After the order has been placed, the same delivery time will also be stated on the order confirmation. It is therefore never possible that during the order, the shipping day on the website, is different than on the order confirmation.

Can I cancel my order?

Once your order is submitted, a Cancellation fee of $50.00 will apply.

Do we accept credit cards?

Yes, we accept most major credit cards being – Visa, MasterCard & American Express.

 

Do we provide an account facility?

We only extend credit accounts to companies – subject to approval. Please contact us for further information.

 

Credit Card Charges

All phone orders are subject to bank credit card charges, Visa 1.75%, MasterCard 1.75% and AMEX 1.95%

04. Returns, exchanges and complaints *

Do you have a refund policy?

We don’t refund. We may exchange the flowers should there be an issue, which must be reported to us within 24 hours.
